OBJECTIF DU POSTE:



Le(la) Coordonnateur(trice) RH soutient les operations quotidiennes des ressources humaines et contribue a maintenir un environnement de travail positif, conforme et efficace. Relevant du(de la) Generaliste RH, il(elle) joue un role cle dans l'administration des politiques RH, la coordination des processus de recrutement, d'integration, de formation et de gestion des dossiers.

L'objectif du poste est d'assurer l'efficacite des processus RH, de soutenir les employes et gestionnaires dans leurs besoins quotidiens, et de contribuer activement a la culture d'entreprise en favorisant la communication, l'engagement et la conformite aux meilleures pratiques.

Responsabilites



Assurer la gestion administrative des dossiers employes (contrats, avantages sociaux, conges, dossiers disciplinaires).

Maintenir l'exactitude et la confidentialite des informations dans les systemes RH.

Repondre aux demandes courantes des employes concernant les politiques, les procedures et les programmes RH.

Coordonner le processus de recrutement : affichage des postes, planification des entrevues, communication avec les candidats.

Preparer les offres d'emploi et documents d'embauche.

Soutenir le processus d'integration des nouveaux employes (orientation, documentation, suivi d'integration).

Organiser et suivre les formations obligatoires et continues.

Maintenir les registres de formation a jour.

Appuyer les initiatives de developpement des competences.

Aider a l'application des politiques internes et a la conformite avec les lois du travail.

Participer a la mise a jour des politiques RH et a la communication aupres des employes.

Supporter le Generaliste RH dans les enquetes et audits internes.

Contribuer a la communication interne et aux initiatives d'engagement des employes.

Aider a l'organisation d'evenements internes et programmes de reconnaissance.

Favoriser un climat de confiance et de collaboration au sein de l'organisation.

Gestion administrative

Preparer divers rapports RH (absenteisme, taux de roulement, indicateurs RH).

Coordonner le suivi des horaires, vacances et conges.

Soutenir le Generaliste RH dans des projets speciaux ou initiatives strategiques.

Qualifications requises



Diplome en gestion des ressources humaines, administration ou dans un domaine connexe.

1 a 2 ans d'experience en ressources humaines, administration ou poste similaire.

Bonne connaissance des principes de base en RH (recrutement, integration, administration).

Experience dans l'utilisation de systemes RH ou logiciels bureautiques (MS Office, ATS, HRIS).

Comprehension des lois du travail et meilleures pratiques en RH.

Excellentes competences organisationnelles et souci du detail.

Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites et a respecter les delais.

Solides aptitudes en communication ecrite et orale en francais et en anglais.

Discretion, jugement et respect de la confidentialite.

Esprit d'equipe, collaboration et orientation service client interne.

Attitude proactive, flexible et orientee solutions.

JOB PURPOSE:



The HR Coordinator supports the daily operations of human resources and contributes to maintaining a positive, compliant, and efficient work environment. Reporting to the HR Generalist, they play a key role in administering HR policies, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, training processes, and managing employee files.

The purpose of the position is to ensure the effectiveness of HR processes, support employees and managers with their daily needs, and actively contribute to the company culture by promoting communication, engagement, and compliance with best practices.

Responsibilities



Ensure administrative management of employee files (contracts, benefits, leave, disciplinary files).

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of information in HR systems.

Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Coordinate the recruitment process: job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication.

Prepare job offers and hiring documents.

Support the onboarding process of new employees (orientation, documentation, integration follow-up).

Organize and track mandatory and ongoing training.

Keep training records up to date.

Support skills development initiatives.

Assist in applying internal policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Participate in updating HR policies and communicating them to employees.

Support the HR Generalist in internal investigations and audits.

Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Assist in organizing internal events and recognition programs.

Foster a climate of trust and collaboration within the organization.

Prepare various HR reports (absenteeism, turnover rate, HR indicators).

Coordinate monitoring of schedules, vacations, and leaves.

Support the HR Generalist in special projects or strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications



Degree in Human Resources management, administration, or a related field.

1 to 2 years of experience in human resources, administration, or a similar position.

Good knowledge of basic HR principles (recruitment, onboarding, administration).

Experience using HR systems or office software (MS Office, ATS, HRIS).

Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

Discretion, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality.

Team spirit, collaboration, and internal customer service orientation.

Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude.
