Nous sommes une entreprise de fabrication de boites aux lettres en pleine croissance et nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) des Comptes Clients motive(e) et confiant(e) pour rejoindre notre equipe. Ce poste est ideal pour une personne souhaitant s'approprier son role, evoluer au sein d'une entreprise en developpement et contribuer activement a notre succes.
A propos du poste
Dans ce role cle au sein du bureau, vous serez le principal point de contact pour nos clients et concessionnaires. Vous gererez les demandes des clients, preparerez des devis, aiderez a la realisation de plans et de dessins simples, et developperez des relations solides et durables. Votre capacite a communiquer clairement, a rester organise(e) et a interagir aisement avec les clients soutiendra directement la croissance et la stabilite de l'entreprise.
Responsabilites principales
Etre le principal point de contact pour les demandes des clients et des concessionnaires (par telephone et par courriel)
Preparer des devis precis, des plans et des dessins simples
Developper et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et nouveaux
Effectuer des suivis proactifs sur les devis afin de securiser de nouveaux contrats et conclure des ventes
Offrir un service client exceptionnel tout au long du processus de vente
Travailler en collaboration avec les equipes de production et de gestion
S'approprier ses taches, responsabilites et priorites quotidiennes
Gerer son flux de travail de maniere autonome tout en maintenant precision et efficacite
S'assurer que toutes les taches quotidiennes sont completees avant la fin de la journee
Apporter des idees et des suggestions alors que l'entreprise continue de se developper et de croitre
Profil recherche
Bilingue obligatoire (francais et anglais - verbal et ecrit)
Personne confiante, professionnelle et a l'aise dans les interactions avec les clients
Ponctuel(le), devoue(e), fiable et capable de travailler de maniere autonome
Excellentes competences en communication (verbale, ecrite et telephonique)
Attitude positive et esprit d'equipe
Esprit proactif, desir d'apprendre, de grandir et de prendre des initiatives
Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches tout en restant organise(e) et attentif(ve) aux details
Experience en service a la clientele, devis ou fabrication (un atout, mais non obligatoire)

We are a rapidly growing mailbox manufacturing company looking for a motivated and confident Customer Account Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of their role, grow with a developing company, and play an important part in our continued success.
About the Role
In this key front-office role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and dealers. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, assist with layouts and simple drawings, and build strong, lasting relationships. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and interact comfortably with clients will directly support the company's growth and stability.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer and dealer inquiries--by phone and email
Prepare accurate quotes, layouts, and simple drawings
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Make proactive follow-up calls on quotes to help secure new jobs and close opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Work collaboratively with production and management teams
Take ownership of your tasks, responsibilities, and daily priorities
Manage your workflow independently while maintaining accuracy
Ensure all daily tasks are completed before the end of the day
Contribute ideas and feedback as the company continues its development and growth
