  • G\xc3\xa9rer les plaintes des consommateurs : appels, courrier, lettres de r\xc3\xa9ponses personnalis\xc3\xa9es, gestion des coupons;
  • G\xc3\xa9rer les plaintes des clients et produire les rapports reli\xc3\xa9s;
  • Valider et traiter les r\xc3\xa9clamations/d\xc3\xa9ductions provenant des clients externes et/ou internes (ex. poids \xc3\xa0 court, correction de prix, erreurs de facturation, probl\xc3\xa8me de qualit\xc3\xa9, etc.) afin d\'identifier la codification des demandes d\'intervention selon les raisons, les responsables et les comptes grand livres \xc3\xa0 affecter;
  • Analyser les d\xc3\xa9ductions aux comptes \xc3\xa0 recevoir;
  • Coordonner le processus de revente et de livraison des produits refus\xc3\xa9s par nos clients;
  • Coordonner le processus de rappel de produits - support appels et suivi concernant le rappel de produits;
  • Assurer le support \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9quipe d\'administration, contr\xc3\xb4le de l\'inventaire et analyse de co\xc3\xbbts de transport;
  • Contribuer \xc3\xa0 la gestion et au d\xc3\xa9veloppement du syst\xc3\xa8me des demandes d\'intervention.
Ce que nous attendons
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tude coll\xc3\xa9giale en administration, ventes, logistique ou un autre domaine connexe;
  • Esprit et capacit\xc3\xa9 d\'analyse;
  • Minimum 5 ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente;
  • Excellentes habilit\xc3\xa9s de communication en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais;
  • Excellentes habilit\xc3\xa9s informatiques;
  • Bon jugement, autonomie et d\xc3\xa9brouillardise;
  • Rigueur;
  • Attitude positive.
