TU SOUHAITES TRAVAILLER AU SEIN D'EQUIPES FIERES D'ETRE LEADERS MONDIAUX DANS LA CONCEPTION ET LA FABRICATION D'EMBARCATIONS NAUTIQUES ?

Pelican Intl. est a la recherche de son prochain Coordonnateur(trice) - Logisitique. Relevant de la Chef, Conformite et strategies logistiques, qui saura s'assurer du mouvement fluide et efficace des matieres et produits entre les divers acteurs/participants de notre chaine logistique. On a besoin de toi pour preparer nos expeditions vers les Etats-Unis, au Canada et vers diverses destinations internationales tout en organisant les transports locaux, en suivant les echeanciers et batir d'avance un calendrier de livraison bien equilibre et stable.

TA JOURNEE DANS CE POSTE :

Effectuer le suivi d'expedition des comptes majeurs (demande de cueillette, prise de rendez-vous, suivi, etc) ;

Gerer les instances des transporteurs delinquants, non-respect de rendez-vous de cueillette (late/missed pick-ups) ;

Obtenir les cotations transporteurs routiers et selectionner les transports appropries et comparer/choisir sur la base de taux ainsi que de qualite et fiabilite de service ;

Preparer les routes de livraison et effectuer les transactions et mises a jour des informations aux systemes administratifs (ERP/TMS/autres).

Toutes autres taches connexes.

CE QU'ON ATTEND DE TOI :

DEC en transport, en logistique ou un autre domaine connexe;

Experience de 1 a 3 ans dans un poste similaire ;

Aisance avec l'utilisation de systemes integres de gestion (TMS/ERP) et autres outils informatiques;

Avoir une connaissance des modalites de transports incluant les INCOTERMS et les modes de transports : routier, rail, maritime et aerien;

Bilingue (francais/anglais) parle et ecrit;

Detenir d'excellentes habiletes de communication et a gerer des priorites;

Etre autonome, tres organisee et debrouillard;

Avoir un sens de l'analyse et de synthese.

Coordinator - Logistics

. Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Logistics Strategies, this person will ensure the smooth and efficient movement of materials and products between the various players in our supply chain. We need you to prepare shipments to the United States, Canada, and various international destinations, while organizing local transportation, tracking schedules, and building a well-balanced and stable delivery calendar in advance.

YOUR DAY IN THIS ROLE:

Monitor shipments for major accounts (pickup requests, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, etc.); Manage issues with delinquent carriers, missed or late pickup appointments; Obtain quotes from road carriers and select appropriate transportation options based on rates, service quality, and reliability; Prepare delivery routes and update administrative systems (ERP/TMS/others) with relevant transaction data; Perform any other related tasks.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

College diploma (DEC) in transportation, logistics, or a related field; 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role; Comfortable using integrated management systems (TMS/ERP) and other digital tools; Knowledge of transportation terms including INCOTERMS and various modes of transport: road, rail, sea, and air; Bilingual (French/English), spoken and written; Excellent communication skills and ability to manage priorities; Autonomous, highly organized, and resourceful; Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
