Responsabilites principales :
S'assurer de l'entiere satisfaction du client par rapport a son vehicule;
Organiser et coordonner les livraisons des vehicules aux clients, leur faire visiter la concession et les presenter au directeur, au conseiller apres-vente et a tout autre employe concerne;
Traiter rapidement les problemes ou les plaintes des clients en informant immediatement le directeur des ventes;
Effectuer du classement pour divers documents;
Qualifications et competences requises:
Posseder une experience pertinente en vente et en service a la clientele;
Avoir de l'entregent, posseder un excellent service a la clientele et etre passionne par la vente;
Capacite a travailler sous pression;
Professionnalisme, courtoisie et presentation soignee;
Avoir de la facilite et de l'interet a travailler en equipe;

Main responsibilities:
Ensure complete customer satisfaction with their vehicle;
Organize and coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers, show them around the dealership and introduce them to the manager, the after-sales advisor and any other employee concerned;
Handle customer problems or complaints promptly by informing the Sales Manager immediately;
Perform filing for various documents;
Perform other duties as required and directed by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant sales and customer service experience;
Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for sales;
Ability to work under pressure;
Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
* Ability and interest in working as part of a team;
