About the role

Nous cherchons un Coordonnateur, services aux courtiers, pour notre \xc3\xa9quipe!

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • En lien avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe D\xc3\xa9veloppement des affaires et sous l\'\xc3\xa9quipe d\'administration du r\xc3\xa9seau, mettre \xc3\xa0 jour les donn\xc3\xa9es relatives aux cabinets de courtage
  • Assurer l\'application de normes, m\xc3\xa9thodes et proc\xc3\xa9dures
  • Coordonner des travaux tels que la pr\xc3\xa9paration de rapports, la tenue de dossiers exigeant la compilation minutieuse d\'information de plusieurs sources
  • Assurer la gestion des conventions de transferts
  • Assurer le suivi sur les dossiers en lien au d\xc3\xa9veloppement des affaires
  • Gestion des contrats d\'agence et autres ententes d\'usage ou documents l\xc3\xa9gaux
  • S\'assurer de la conformit\xc3\xa9 l\xc3\xa9gale des cabinets de courtage et apporter au besoin les amendements \xc3\xa0 leurs contrats
  • Soutenir les distributeurs dans la r\xc3\xa9alisation de transactions d\'acquisition, de fusion ou de scission
  • G\xc3\xa9rer le cycle de distribution et de paiement du programme de participation aux b\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9fices
  • Mettre \xc3\xa0 jour en continu les informations du fichier courtier
  • Participer aux activit\xc3\xa9 de contr\xc3\xb4le de la qualit\xc3\xa9 des informations
  • Participer, au besoin, \xc3\xa0 l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration de proc\xc3\xa9dures dans son service
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 l\'occasion \xc3\xa0 certains projets sp\xc3\xa9ciaux.
Ce que vous mettrez \xc3\xa0 profit :
  • Certificat en administration des affaires ou combinaison \xc3\xa9quivalente de formation et d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience
  • Ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience entre 3 et 5 ans
