What you will do:
The Coordinator, Office Services/National Facilities Support performs a variety of tasks in the Home Office and provides administrative support to National Facilities. For Home Office the Coordinator assists departments and couriers with incoming/outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labelling, staging and storage requirements as well as informing employees for mail pick up and other departmental support as requested. Working closely with Corporate Fulfillment the Coordinator performs the final step of fulfilling corporate orders by arranging product shipment. The Coordinator also provides administrative support as necessary (i.e. ordering, assisting with the best possible shipping rates, options, shredding, coffee orders, monitoring and requesting funds for the mail machine, as well as monitoring and replenishing Fed Ex supplies). Additionally, the Coordinator will assist in home office tasks such as office set up, reception back up, assist in parking enforcement and other tasks as they arise. For National Facilities the Coordinator will provide administrative assistance in setting up vendors, gathering and compiling survey information from the field, sending out notifications and other tasks as directed by National Facilities.
Note: this position is required to be in-office daily Monday to Friday, based at our Toronto office located at 1303 Yonge St.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and confirm mail / courier shipments (including skids), and deliver to recipients in a timely manner Provide information on best possible storage, shipping options (time, cost, type of shipment etc.) Ordering office and other supplies Administrative tasks, reports, and other tasks

The ideal candidate will have:High-School diploma First Aid certified (preferred) 2-5 years of hands on experience in a mailroom / warehouse / fulfillment agency General knowledge of the Health and Safety Act Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong customer service, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Listening skills and attention to detail required Self motivated, team player, able to safely lift up to 50 lbs
