How You'll Help Us Better Serve Our Clients





We are seeking an

Office Services Coordinator

to join our Central Services team. This is a full-time, permanent position--ideal for individuals who are organized, client-focused, and thrive in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing





You are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to supporting both colleagues and clients with professionalism and care. You enjoy variety in your work and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.



Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



Providing administrative assistance to the Manager, Office Services Ordering office and lounge supplies Coordinating and providing day-to-day support for central services tasks Managing invoices for the central services department Assisting the Central Services team with daily tasks as needed Managing petty cash Providing reception relief when required Delivering onboarding training to new team members Performing additional assistance and ad hoc tasks as needed



How You'll Be a Great Fit for This Role





We're looking for someone who brings both skills and mindset:



Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Experience working in an office or professional services environment Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities A client-centered approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict deadlines Dedication to providing service beyond expectations Sound judgment, discretion, and adaptability to changing demands
