Position Title Coordinator, International Programs (TERM)
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or any combination of experience and training.
  • 2 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with databases, contracts, and financial payment systems.
  • A high degree of organizational ability and attention to detail, including maintaining accurate database records, reporting, contract building and working within a budget.
  • Experience working with students from underrepresented populations, or in a multicultural setting.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills and experience of liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • An equivalent combination of education, experience and knowledge acceptable to the College may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with providing support in student services within an academic environment preferred.

Keyano College\'s International Education, Global Citizenship and Student Life department is currently seeking an Coordinator, International Programs (Term). Working closely with the International Education, Global Citizenship, and Student Life Department, this position will play a central role in implementing the College\'s Strategy for International Education and Global Citizenship. The International Recruitment and Payments Coordinator will have responsibility to liaise with stakeholders (employees, recruitment agents, etc.) to advance Keyano\'s International Education and Global Citizenship agenda.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing implementation of Keyano\'s Strategy for International Education and Global Citizenship including, outbound and inbound mobility, building strategic partnerships, international development, and international student recruitment.
  • Liaise and build relationships with international recruitment partners with particular attention being paid to recruitment initiatives, international agencies, contracts, and financial reconciliation.
  • Applying for grants that support the College\'s Strategy for International Education and Global Citizenship.
  • Identifying and building community partnership opportunities to support and enhance Keyano\'s community connectedness around international education.

Advertised Salary CUPE IS7 - $5,639.46 per month and includes a comprehensive health and benefit package. This position qualifies for the Northern Living Allowance of $1,040.00 per month. This allowance is reviewed annually and is subject to budget approval
