Title: Administrative Coordinator

Salary: $57,888 - $72,360 - $79,596 per year (pay range explained below)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Mon-Fri (core hours 9am-3pm)

Location: Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

About the role


Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Coordinator , where you'll play a vital role in supporting key initiatives that advance the mandate of the First Nations Health Authority! In this fast-paced role, you'll provide executive and administrative support, coordinate essential projects, and streamline office operations to enhance efficiency. You'll also serve as a key liaison, facilitating collaboration with the Vancouver Coastal Regional and providing secretariat services for regional committees, including the Regional Caucus and the Regional Table. To be successful in this role you will have:

• A certificate in business/office administration or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience
• Relevant, recent and significant experience in an administrative capacity, including provision of services to senior level staff processes (normally acquired over a period of 3-5 years)
• Experience working with BC First Nations communities and/or organizations
• Experience utilizing a variety of office tools including Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information and matters in a trusted and responsible manner
• Experience developing and maintain administrative systems, processes and procedures

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours. Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements. The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
