Description generale du role:



Le role du Coordinateur (trice) de Projet est de soutenir nos clients depuis le debut du projet jusqu'a sa livraison.

Principales responsabilites:



Fournit un soutien continu aux ventes internes et aux devis, aux representants des ventes et au vice-president des ventes. Resoudre les problemes lies aux projets entre les bureaux d'etudes, les representants des ventes et la production. Participe activement et regulierement aux reunions d'equipe. Fournir des rapports precis sur l'etat d'avancement des projets et de proposer des solutions aux problemes. Gerer les aspects operationnels quotidiens d'un projet et de son champ d'application. Examine les produits livrables prepares par l'equipe avant de les transmettre au client. Minimise l'exposition et le risque de l'entreprise sur les projets en fournissant des solutions/propositions/idees dans les delais impartis. S'assurer que les documents du projet sont complets, a jour et stockes de maniere appropriee. Faciliter la definition de la portee, des objectifs et des resultats du projet. Assurer l'exactitude des donnees du systeme relatives aux bons de commande. Definir les taches du projet et les besoins en ressources. Controler et rendre compte en permanence de l'etat d'avancement du projet a toutes les parties prenantes.

Education:



Etudes collegiales ou universitaires (dans un domaine technique serait un atout)

Experience:



2+ annees d'experience en service a la clientele (dans l'industrie de l'eclairage serait un atout)

Logiciel:



Office en particulier Excel (niveau intermediaire ou plus), les logiciels ERP (EPICOR)

Competences:



La connaissance de l'eclairage LED et des codes electriques est un atout. Comprehension de base des dispositifs cables electriquement. Comprehension de l'industrie de l'eclairage decoratif. Capacite a lire les plans d'etage. Souci du detail. Excellentes competences organisationnelles. Capacite a hierarchiser les priorites. Forte orientation client. Resistance au stress. Capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois. Capacite a travailler de maniere independante et au sein d'une equipe interfonctionnelle. Francais et anglais

General Description of the Role



The role of Project Coordinator is to support our customers from project commencement through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Provides ongoing support to Inside Sales & Quotes, sales representatives, and VP of sales. Resolves project issues between design firms, sales representatives, and production. Participate actively and regularly in team meetings. Provides accurate reports on status of projects, propose solutions to issues Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client Minimizes company's exposure and risk on projects by delivering on-time solutions/propositions/ideas Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables Responsible for the accuracy of data in the system related to PO'S (purchasing orders) Define project tasks and resource requirements Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

Education



College/University (in a technical area would be an asset)

Experience



2+ year experience in customer service (in the lighting industry and/or in project management would be a definite asset)

Software



Office, Excel (intermediate/advanced level), ERP software (EPICOR)

Skills



Knowledge of LED lighting and electrical codes an asset.

Basic understanding of electrically wired devices.

Understanding of decorative hospitality lighting industry.

Ability to read floor plans.
