• Gestion du flux de commandes dans l\xe2\x80\x99ordre des priorit\xc3\xa9s pour le traitement des op\xc3\xa9rations.
• Assignation des commandes aux transporteurs appropri\xc3\xa9s en fonction des besoins.
• \xc3\x89tablissement des itin\xc3\xa9raires de livraison pour les op\xc3\xa9rations de la flotte priv\xc3\xa9e.
• Communication avec les intervenants internes et externes.
• Modification des itin\xc3\xa9raires et traitement rapide des demandes d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9dition urgentes.
• Gestion des demandes de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le li\xc3\xa9es au transport.
• Suivi des exp\xc3\xa9ditions, telles que la production de connaissements, le suivi des colis et les preuves de livraison.

• Vous avez 2-3 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine du transport et de l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9dition.
• Connaissances en transport, logistique, gestion de la cha\xc3\xaene d\'approvisionnement ou tout autre domaine connexe (un atout)
• Bilingue (anglais et Fran\xc3\xa7ais) \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit et \xc3\xa0 l\'oral

• Vous avez un bon sens de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation et de bonnes aptitudes pour la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et \xc3\xaates capable de red\xc3\xa9finir les priorit\xc3\xa9s dans de brefs d\xc3\xa9lais.

The Sr. Coordinator is a part of the Dorval Operations Control Center (OCC) team and will work as part of a team with our Operations department to ensure requests and shipping needs from our internal and external customers are met.For more information on what it is like to work for us, please watch this video: .Your Contributions to the Organization will be:

• Supervise daily transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of goods, adjusting routes and expediting urgent shipping requests as needed
• Address and resolve logistical issues, such as delays and route disruption
• Create and implement transportation strategies to enhance efficiency and lower costs
• Analyze and utilize data to drive transportation insights through email or software systems
• Prioritize and manage order flow for efficient operations processing
• Allocate orders to the appropriate carriers based on requirements
• Overseeing shipment tracking activities, including generating bills of lading, monitoring parcel status, and obtaining proof of delivery
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and departments to handle transportation-related customer service inquiries

Quickly addressing and resolving any safety or compliance concernsQualifications

• 2-3years experience in transportation and shipping
• Knowledge in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field (an asset)
• Bilingual (English and French) both written and oral speaking
