Relevant du directeur de la construction, le coordinateur aura pour principale responsabilite de soutenir notre equipe interne pour tout ce qui concerne le suivi des projets en cours ainsi que les couts inherents.
Responsabilites principals
Soutenir l'equipe dans la preparation des documents du projet de construction.
Obtenir les informations necessaires a l'ouverture de comptes fournisseurs dans le systeme.
Fournir une assistance et repondre aux questions des agents charges de la comptabilite fournisseurs.
Mettre a jour regulierement les tableaux de suivi des couts.
Communiquer toutes les informations pertinentes et etablir des liens etroits avec les differentes parties prenantes (fournisseurs, gestionnaires locatifs, gestionnaires immobiliers).
Documenter, coordonner et mettre a jour les informations relatives a l'emission, a la revision et a l'avancement des plans et devis, des contrats et des avis de modification pour les projets en cours.
Ouvrir les projets, et toutes les modifications, dans le systeme Yardi conformement aux budgets etablis et approuves.
Suivre les couts tout au long des projets et preparer la compilation des couts a la fin du projet pour la facturation.
Etre le premier point de contact pour repondre aux questions relatives a la facturation des couts du projet.
Assurer le suivi des recus et aider la personne chargee de la collecte, le cas echeant.
Preparer le materiel et les outils necessaires aux reunions et coordonner la logistique.
Rediger ou reviser la correspondance courante ainsi que tout autre document administratif (courriels, rapports, presentations PowerPoint, etc.).
Competences et experiences requises

Diplome d'etudes professionnelles en comptabilite, bureautique ou equivalent.
Experience minimale de deux ans dans un poste similaire
Connaissance et experience du domaine de la construction
Excellente connaissance du francais et de l'anglais (parle, lu, ecrit)
Bonne connaissance des concepts comptables
Maitrise de la suite Office, en particulier d'Excel
Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacite a travailler en equipe
Capacite a developper des processus et a structurer des methodes de travail
Capacite a travailler dans des delais serres, grande autonomie, minutie et rigueur.

Role Summary
Reporting to the Construction Director, the Coordinator will have as main responsibility to support our internal team for all that relates to the follow-up of the projects in progress as well as the inherent costs.
Core Responsibilities
Support the team in the preparation of construction project documents.
Obtain relevant information for opening supplier accounts in the system.
Provide assistance and answer questions from accounts payable agents.
Regularly update cost tracking tables.
Communicate all relevant information and establish close links with the various stakeholders (suppliers, rental managers, real estate managers).
Document, coordinate and update information relating to the issuance, revision and progress of plans and specifications, contracts and notice of changes for ongoing projects.
Open projects, and all changes, in the Yardi system according to established and approved budgets.
Track costs throughout the projects and prepare the compilation of costs at the end of the project for invoicing.
Be the first point of contact to answer questions relating to the invoicing of project costs.
Follow up on receipts and assist the person in charge of the collection when required.
Prepare materials and tools needed for meetings and coordinate logistics.
Write or revise current correspondence as well as any other administrative document (emails, reports, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).
Required Skills and Experience
Diploma of Vocational Studies in accounting, office automation or equivalent
Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position
Knowledge and experience of the construction field
Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken, read, written)
Good knowledge of accounting concepts
Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent sense of organization and ability to work in a team
Ability to develop processes and structure work methods
Ability to work with tight deadlines, great autonomy, meticulousness, and rigor
