coordinateur(trice) de planification de chantier de construction

chez Clobracon Construction. Les responsabilites de ce poste sont :

Comprendre la planification globale du projet Aide a la planification et au suivi de la productivite du travail L'objectif est de maximiser les performances au niveau du site. Utilisez les outils LEAN tels que Last Planner - les tableaux de planification et les post-it pour planifier et suivre les activites. Participer aux reunions de planification hebdomadaires. Modifiez le tableau de planification pour refleter les taches et les horaires convenus. Passez en revue les progres realises tous les matins sur place et enregistrez les progres au tableau. Controle qualite a l'aide de listes de controle. A differentes etapes, colombage, de la mecanique brute, de l'electricite, du CVC, des gicleurs, jusqu'a la finition et la livraison. Emission de rapports de deficiences et de travaux inacheves. Suivi pour s'assurer que les elements sont termines. Assister le surintendant dans la planification et la coordination des travaux. Etre au courant de toutes les directives, ordres de changements et approbations pour pouvoir surveiller l'execution des travaux. Aider le surintendant a appeler et a planifier les sous-traitants.

We have an exciting opportunity for a recent engineering graduate for a

Construction Site Planning Coordinator

with Clobracon Construction. A dynamic player in the Montreal construction industry since 2004, Clobracon specializes in new multi-residential and commercial construction, with our projects primarily located in the greater Montreal area. We offer a hands-on, fast-paced and very dynamic work environment, in which employees get to experience a wide array of projects of varying size and complexity.

Job responsibilities for the position are as follows:

1. Understanding the overall project planning

2. Assisting in the scheduling and tracking of work productivity

3. Quality control inspections using checklists.

a. During various phases from stud, rough mechanical/ electrical/HVAC/sprinklers, to finishing and delivery.

4. Issue deficiency and uncompleted work reports.

a. Follow up to ensure items are completed

5. The goal is to maximize performance at the site level.

6. Use the LEAN tools such as planning boards and post-its to plan and track activities. Training will be provided.

7. Participate in the weekly planning meetings.

8. Modify the planning board to reflect agreed upon tasks and schedules.

9. Review of progress every morning on site and record progress on the board.

10. Assist the superintendent with planning and coordination of work.

11. Carry out quality control inspections.

12. Compile and prepare deficiency lists.

13. Become aware and understand all directives, change orders and approvals in order to supervise the execution of work.

14. Assist the superintendent with the calling and scheduling of sub-trades.
