We are seeking a dedicated and experienced to join our team as a cook for Indian Snacks (Pakoras, Tikkas, etc)
Duties
Prepare and assist with menu planning to meet dietary needs and preferences
Cook and assemble meals following established recipes and safety guidelines
Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices
Serve meals to guests or residents in a professional manner
Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management
Support catering events by preparing and presenting food items
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Experience in Indian appetizers cooking.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
Knowledge of menu planning, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
Previous experience in fine dining, restaurant settings, or the food industry is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Certification or training in food handling and safety is a plus
