College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience

Tasks

Determine the size of food portions and costs Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees

Support for Indigenous people

Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Duree de l'emploi: Permanent Langue de travail: Anglais * Heures de travail: 30 to 40 hours per week
