Job Description

We are looking for a skilled cook to join our incredibly talented team in Clarenville and assist with preparing dishes using our standard recipes. The main objective in this position will be to make excellent meals that adhere to the company\'s strict guidelines. You will be responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking the merchandise, and upholding hygienic standards. The ideal applicant will excel in this position in terms of communication and multitasking abilities. Ultimately, your contribution to our restaurant\'s expansion and customer pleasure will be crucial.

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.

• Train staff in the preparation, cooking and handling of food.

• Order supplies and equipment

• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

• Clean kitchen and work areas

• Organize and manage buffets and banquets.

• Manage kitchen operations.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.50-$17.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement:

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
