Anju Korean Kitchen is a busy, fast-paced restaurant that prides itself on quality food and excellent service. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking
full-time Cook
to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and customer orders
Ensure all dishes are presented consistently and meet restaurant quality standards
Assist with prep work, line cooking, and cleaning duties as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health standards
Receive, store, and rotate food supplies properly
Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements:
Previous cooking experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Must wear proper kitchen attire (comfortable clothing, non-slip shoes, hat/hair covering)
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time only
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
