Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and culinary creativity. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations during meal service. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain high culinary standards. Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and ensure proper equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role. In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations. Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Creative flair and a desire to contribute to an evolving and innovative menu.
