Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas. Handle food safely, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and sanitation.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
