Responsibilities

menu items according to established recipes and standards Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly demeanor Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all patrons Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients Handle food items according to proper food handling techniques Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Ability to perform various cooking techniques and meal preparation tasks Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers A positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
