Our unique and well established business in the heart of historic High River requires the perfect person to contribute to the daily operations of our dining car kitchen. The successful candidate has line-cooking experience in breakfast and lunch service. We're looking for a positive and creative professional who works hard and is excited by the opportunity to help develop our distinct tourist destination. This permanent position is dayside/lunch oriented and includes weekend days. A front of house service role could also be made available for a mix of cooking and table service shifts if you would like variety.
Occasional early or late and additional shifting may be required to accommodate dinner service, catering/special events and vacation relief. The opportunity is normally 32 hours per week but can range up to 40 depending on demand.
