Responsibilities and Duties
Cooking meals to Joey's specifications and standards
Prepping food to be ready for revenue periods
Organizing and managing equipment
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas
Having a great time working with fellow crew members
Qualifications and Skills:

Cooking experience an asset
Critical thinking and decision making
Attention to detail in cleaning and sanitation
