Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards. Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages. Follow all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry. Prior kitchen experience is an asset, particularly in meal preparation or cooking roles. Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
