Line Cook

Key Responsibilities
Prepare food items following recipes, techniques, and chef's specifications.
Cook proteins, sides, sauces, soups, and other items under supervision.
Ensure quality, consistency, and timely presentation of all dishes.
Monitor proper use of ingredients to minimize waste.Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth kitchen line during service.
Follow local health regulations and internal policies (GMP, HACCP when applicable).
Control cooking temperatures, food handling, and basic preservation techniques.
Assist with deep cleaning of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment.
Contribute ideas or improvements to processes or presentations when requested.
Support special events, group reservations, or catering services as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a kitchen (restaurant, catering, or production).
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling.
Valid Food Handler Certificate
(mandatory).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and commitment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
