Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team . This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen services, focusing on high-quality preparation and exceptional food service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Restaurant industry, particularly in Line Cooking and will be committed to maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food handling processes. Work as a Team player to provide exceptionally high quality and fast service Provide elevated dining experiences by presenting meals attractively and serving with professionalism. Handle food items with care, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques. Participate in catering events as needed, contributing to menu design and execution. Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas, adhering to health regulations. Prevent wastage and support by assisting with inventory management and supply ordering.

Experience

Previous experience working restaurant kitchens Background in fine dining environments is highly desirable. Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service roles within the culinary industry. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques, catering services, and food handling protocols. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Pay: $18.00-$22.38 per hour
