Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and standards. Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices. Support chefs in cooking tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients. Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during busy periods.

Requirements

6+ months of experience required. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work well as part of a team. Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and expand culinary skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
