We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have a knack for upselling products and services, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs. Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services effectively. Maintain an organized and clean workspace to enhance the customer experience. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. Provide technical sales support by answering product-related questions and offering solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is essential; multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with basic math skills for transaction handling. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
