Bayshore requires a driven, energetic, and career-minded Contracts Administrator to join their Integrated Care Solutions team. Reporting to the Manager of Business Relations, this experienced professional will provide contract support and be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining all existing and new contracts for the division. The successful candidate must be highly organized, meticulous, and be able to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requests. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as central intake of contract requests
  • Responsible for the organization, management, and maintenance of all existing and new contracts/templates both manually and electronically
  • Complete initial review and provide administrative support to internal stakeholders during negotiation of agreements with external parties
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is received and is appropriate for contract completion
  • Assist in obtaining documents such as due diligence, NDAs, collection of insurance certificates, WSIB certificates
  • Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting as requested
  • Subject to review of the Manager of Business Relations, draft letters, memos and contracts as needed using Bayshore ICS templates
  • Subject to supervision of the Manager of Business Relations, review Customer template-derived agreements and propose edits in accordance with Bayshore ICS contract requirements
  • Assist with coordination of emails coming into the department
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items until completion
  • Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
  • Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the Company\'s Quality Management System
  • Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Lead of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
  • Complete other tasks as requested
Work Location: Remote work with occasional office time required.

Job Qualification
Job Qualification Education
  • Paralegal diploma, legal administrative certificate, or university degree with a legal studies background is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role
  • Previous work experience in a law firm and/or healthcare setting will be considered an asset and preferred.
Other Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience with contract management systems is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience working with contracts, and an understanding of contract language and contract requirements is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time and self-management skills \xe2\x80\x93 can effectively manage high volumes of work independently, schedule priorities and produce work in a timely and accurate manner
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency level with MS Office applications; Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good typing skills to facilitate data entry in a timely manner
  • Strong work ethic - extra hours may sometimes be required to meet job demands
  • Exceptional written and spoken English language skills appropriate for interpreting and communicating contractual language
