As Ensemble continues its rapid growth and expands its reach, we are looking to fill a hybrid role to support the overall supplier relations strategy across all of our verticals (Air, Hotel, Ground, Tour, Cruise, Etc). This position provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in supplier procurement, build negotiation skills, create a network of contacts and influence key business decisions with potential for growth. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter that is open to varied daily activities and taking direction from multiple stakeholders. The key aspect of this role will be to provide analytical and tactical support to the vertical leads. To make our network of over 400 member agencies more profitable by providing timely data and proactive booking recommendations. Responsibilities
  • Establish a partner reporting template, collection process and database structure to support business decisions across non-normalized data sources.
  • Maintain target optimization tracker and partner scorecard based on up to date booking and traveling data
  • Creates and coordinates a consolidated procurement communication cadence for our members
  • Maintains key procurement tracking documents and ongoing activities: expiring contracts, invoice recovery, coop contract usage, project plans, and cross division activities
  • Manages an industry event calendar and coordinates attendees, talking points and follow up
  • Supports FAM and staff travel requirements as needed
  • Evaluate and streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department to ensure department and company objectives are met.


Qualifications
  • Superior Time management skills - able to work in a fast paced, changing environment and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Analytical mind set with experience collating multiple data sources and building strategic dashboards
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and an ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally with polish and professionalism
  • Polished and professional demeanor with experience as a company representative in high-profile and public environments.
  • Product knowledge management experience, including synthesizing, organizing and disseminating supplier information to audiences across broad geographical territories.
  • Upbeat personality, a hands-on team player and self-starter who is able to work in lean environment with autonomy
  • Expert Excel, SmartSheets, PowerPoint and Word skills.
