Summary:

As the Contract and Compliance Specialist, you are responsible to ensure that our company complies with industry specifications, standards, regulations, and laws. You will review documentation and procedures, operational practices, create and enforce compliance plans, and perform regulatory risk management.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

  • Review and manage documentation, contracts, processes, and practices to ensure technical and legal compliance.
  • Develop and enact regulatory compliance strategies.
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance procedures across organizational structures.
  • Provide training in compliance procedures across organizational structures.
  • Monitor compliance and facilitate interventions to manage risks.
  • Perform compliance audits and compile reports.
  • Document compliance-related processes and maintain records.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and development in the regulatory environment.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in law, Business Administration, Commerce or related field;
  • 2+ years of experience working in a regulatory compliance role in a fast-paced business setting;
  • Experienced in reviewing and drafting contracts, policies and procedures;
  • Ability to review, analyze and summarize current legislation and regulations;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to act and support business and regulatory changes;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
