• Support Project Managers in execution of the projects
• Manages/executes orders independently
• Participate in project handovers from application engineer to Order Manager
• Participate in clarification meetings with engineering and customer
• Compile project documentation for submission to customer
• Expediting and following-up with vendors
• Support in tracking and coordinating warranty
• Coordinate shipment of equipment from factories outside Canada
• Work with SAP and other tools for order management
• Manage PO creation, customer creation, billing etc. in SAP.
• Match vendor invoicing to projects
• Manage product orders. Create sales orders and place POs to the factory.
• Maintain logs for the orders and follow-up with the factory for shipment.
• Ensure timely invoicing to the customer

What will you need to succeed?

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent. Electrical background is preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Able to take ownership of the job and ensure completion
• Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Acrobat PDF
• Be able to work independently with little guidance.
• Excellent organizational skills are needed.
