We are seeking for Continuous Improvement Associate to join the team and support the delivery of Continuous Improvement program initiatives, including: process analysis, mapping and re-engineering; performance data manipulation, analysis and reporting; change management adoption. Successful candidate will be engaged in active problem solving, change tracking, customer/user training, project communications, and business readiness activities. This position requires technical proficiency, eager and curious attitude, aptitude for learning, strong empathy and excellent communication skills.
What You Will Be Doing


  • Advocate for and promote proactive and efficient change management, continuous process improvement ideas, process management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency, and better ways of working through the identification and elimination of waste within processes.
  • Facilitate process review and adoption across the organization, organize and participate in discussion sessions regarding issues or improvement opportunities.
  • Assist on Continuous Improvement initiatives:
    • secure business stakeholder/employee commitment;
    • collect, document, and analyze past performance data, customer and stakeholder feedback, and business/service needs;
    • assist with required effort scoping, planning, and execution;
    • maintain efficient effort tracking and reporting in Jira;
    • maintain related documentation in Confluence.
  • Assist with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management policy improvements, applications, support and maintenance.
  • Ensure efficient and rational integration across policies, standards and procedures.
  • Assist with 3rd party systems and tools assessment, mapping features to business & service needs, proof-of-concept development and integration set up.
  • Assist with continuous performance metrics tracking, analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in shaping Continuous Improvement Program through close cooperation with technology and business stakeholders.

About You

  • (preferred) Past experience with scripting, coding or software development.
  • (preferred) Past experience with process improvement in software delivery or IT industries (e.g. responsible for design, execution, and continuous improvement in a variety of business and technology processes).
  • Past experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent team-player and communicator, with heightened sense of empathy and patient to listen, look for and understand the core of the problem (signal vs noise).
  • Curious and analytical mindset, with a knack for scientific thinking, organization and structure.
  • Fascination with technology and its advancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively self-prioritize and manage across multiple workstreams.
  • University education or a degree in business or technology process management.
