• Content Creation: Generate high-quality, original, and engaging written content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email, and more.
• Research, Writing and Editing: Conduct thorough research on topics to ensure accurate and well-informed content; write, edit, and proofread content to ensure it is free from errors.
• Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that support the organization\'s goals and target audience, including creating content calendars, identifying target keywords, and optimizing content for search engines (SEO).
• Audience Understanding, Branding and Messaging: Tailor content to specific audiences, and ensure that content aligns with the organization\'s brand identity, messaging, and values.
• Content Management and Content Optimization: Organize, categorize, and manage content in content management systems (CMS) or other digital platforms, and optimize content for web and mobile, ensuring it is user-friendly and easily digestible.
• Multimedia Integration and Content Promotion: Collaborate with designers and multimedia specialists to incorporate visuals, videos, and other media into written content, and assist in promoting content through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and content syndication.
• Content Distribution, Analytics and Performance: Publish and distribute content across multiple platforms, and monitor the performance of content through metrics such as page views, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensure content complies with copyright laws, data privacy regulations, and any industry-specific regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, design, and SEO specialists, to create cohesive and effective content.
• Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar that schedules the creation and publication of content to align with marketing and business goals.
• Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that engage readers and convey information effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all content meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in related fields, and previous publication is a must have with resume .
• Fluent bilingual speaker in English and Mandarin.
• Exceptional Writing Skills: Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Creativity and Originality: Ability to generate unique and innovative content ideas and narratives.
• Adaptability and Versatility: Ability to write for diverse formats and audiences, adjusting tone and style accordingly.
• SEO Awareness: Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to optimize content for online platforms.
• Time Management: Capacity to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in grammar, formatting, and adherence to style guides.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration with other team members, editors, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of Digital Platforms: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
