Job Description

We're hiring a

Content Strategist

to lead the development, planning, and execution of content across all platforms. This role can be part-time or full-time depending on your availability and expertise. You'll set the tone for how our studio shows up online and off--helping us engage, inspire, and grow our scent-loving audience.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

Develop and execute a long-term content strategy aligned with business goals Define our content vision, voice, target audiences, and key messaging pillars

Content Development

Collaborate with writers, designers, and other creatives to produce compelling content for web, social, email, and print Create content calendars and manage project timelines

Content Optimization

Monitor content performance using analytics tools Identify areas for improvement and optimize for engagement, reach, and conversion

Content Governance

Establish editorial guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all channels Maintain a library of reusable content assets and templates

Cross-Platform Strategy

Plan content for various platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, website, blog, newsletters etc. Tailor messaging and formats for each channel while maintaining a cohesive brand voice

Collaboration & Alignment

Work closely with our founder, marketing, and product development teams Support campaigns, launches, and events with strategic content planning

You Might Be a Great Fit If You...

Have 3+ years experience in content strategy, editorial, or brand storytelling Are obsessed with beautiful, intentional content and strong narrative arcs Love working in a startup-like environment where you wear multiple hats Have experience with lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brands (bonus for fragrance!) Understand SEO, content analytics, and audience engagement strategies Are organized, proactive, and excellent at balancing creativity with strategy

Hours & Flexibility

Open to both part-time and full-time candidates
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
