As Content Creator for Arctos & Bird, your major responsibilities will include capturing, editing, and uploading daily/weekly photo and video content; generating new ideas; supporting the Digital Marketing Strategist with storyboarding and copywriting; completing creative requests; and posting content across social media platforms.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable taking initiative, managing their own time, and working independently and as part of a team. You'll be guided and supported by our Marketing Team and collaborate with colleagues across the organization. We're a team that likes to have fun, so you can look forward to a friendly atmosphere and regular social events.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture, edit, and share daily/weekly photo and video content that captures the essence of all businesses operated by Arctos & Bird. Write and produce content in a consistent brand voice across websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, advertisements, and emails, with direction from the Digital Marketing Strategist Produce photography, videography, and basic graphic design for digital platforms and occasionally for print, with creative direction from the Creative Brand & Marketing Manager

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook Experience in social media content creation and scheduling Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content Demonstrated skills in photography and videography using DSLR cameras
