About the role

We are looking for a Content Strategist for our growing team!

Reporting to the Content Studio Manager, you will join a growing Communications team working alongside copywriters that delivers the best user experience for our portfolio of brands. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in identifying opportunities to enhance Intact brand awareness, boost conversion rates, and improve organic visibility across communication channels, starting from digital products.

What you\'ll do here :

• Map out existing communication journeys of our digital products.
• Define strategy and execute a plan for digital transactions communications.
• Identify opportunity areas, make recommendations for improvements and evaluate the feasibility of these.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to enhance the communication channels from digital products.
• Edit and format digital copy for mobile and web digital products.
• Communicate quarterly to stakeholders the objectives of content and communication initiatives.

What you bring to the table:

• University degree in communications, linguistics, marketing or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience with a proven content strategy, journalism, copywriting, and/or marketing background.
• Experience working in a digital products ecosystem, managing content across diverse products and brands with effective strategies.
• Knowledge of how to use analytics and data to inform content creation.
• Flawless editing and proofing skills.
• Experience in managing at least one team member.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Collaborates well with other departments to create the very best work.
• Fluency in English and French with impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across Canada
• Insurance or financial experience is an asset but not required.
