Dentsu Creative is looking to add an experienced and organized Content Author to join their growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining the development of website content, coordinating the work of the creative team with client requirements, and uploading content, offers, images, and legal across all Canadian regions.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a background of using content management systems. As a Content Author, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented.

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Author content within the CMS for multiple websites
  • Collaborate with external developers, regional account teams, creative team, and clients
  • Work with content translators and implement regional versions of pages
  • Ensure the website content has a consistent look and feel and is formatted to established brand standards
  • Work with developers to solve technical issues in displaying content
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g., legal disclaimers and data protection)
  • Responsible for quality control of all site content
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of previous work experience as a Content Manager
  • Hands on experience with content management systems. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is considered an asset
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices is considered an asset
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant field
  • Excellent writing skills in English (French writing skills considered an asset but not required)
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and related computer skills
