Responsibilities

Own our content production pipeline
- from blog articles to case studies, newsletters to LinkedIn posts
Write and edit high-quality content
that speaks to our technical and executive audiences
Maintain our tone of voice
and ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints
Plan and manage the editorial calendar
, making sure we're publishing regularly across priority channels
Work with internal experts
(engineering, sales, leadership) to turn raw ideas into structured, readable content
Continuously optimise for SEO, structure, UX, and internal linking
Keep our content relevant
by researching trends, updating older pieces, and identifying gaps
Collaborate with design, PR, and performance teams to ensure every piece of content is part of a larger story
Manage a team of 3 senior content writers
What you'll work on

Long-form blog posts (1,500-3,000 words)

Who we are looking for

5+ years of experience in
B2B content marketing (preferably tech, SaaS, or data/AI)
A strong writing portfolio with examples of
clear, structured, and authoritative content
Editorial mindset: You can rewrite, restructure, and elevate existing drafts with ease
Comfortable interviewing subject-matter experts and extracting technical insights
Experience with
SEO principles
, keyword research, and internal linking strategies
Strong attention to detail: you catch style, grammar, and logic issues before anyone else
Familiarity with tools like
Grammarly, Ahrefs, ClickUp
, or similar
Native or near-native English (you write like a human, not like ChatGPT)
Nice to Have
