We're looking for a Videographer and Content Lead who can capture the momentum, energy, and chaos of a rapidly growing company and turn it into compelling long-form and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube clips, etc).
This isn't just a "make edits for socials" role--you'll be shaping the narrative of the brand in real time.
You'll work directly with the Founder, have access to high-growth client stories, team moments, behind-the-scenes strategy sessions, and more. You'll literally have full permission to walk into the Founder's office (even during meetings), travel with the team, and play a central role in documenting Arcady's story.
Your work will be seen by 100,000+ people across founders, marketers, and investors every month. You'll move fast, ship faster, and help make Arcady one of the most talked-about agencies in North America.

Key Responsibilities
-End-to-End Video Creation
Own the full content lifecycle: filming, editing, and publishing across short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), vlogs, and long-form YouTube content.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments, founder content, team dynamics, and client-facing storytelling that reflect the Arcady journey.
Produce high-quality, story-driven content that performs across platforms--with strong hooks, pacing, and editing instincts.
-Brand Storytelling & Creative Direction
Act as the unofficial Creative Director for all video content, shaping the visual tone, transitions, music, and color treatment.
Translate brand identity across founder content, agency content, and client showcases for a cohesive and premium brand presence.
Pitch new formats, concepts, and creative ideas based on trends, competitor analysis, and content performance.
-Collaboration & Daily Execution
Work directly with the Founder on a near-daily basis to capture content, iterate quickly, and align on evolving priorities.
Be on-site at the North York office daily and available for travel to document events, strategy sessions, and client interactions.
Self-manage your editing queue, timelines, and creative workload using tools like ClickUp--no micromanagement, just ownership.
-Publishing & Distribution
Handle all content uploads across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn--optimizing for each platform (thumbnails, captions, CTAs).
Track performance metrics (views, hook rate, retention, comments) and iterate content strategy for better reach and engagement.
Experiment with A/B testing hooks, titles, formats, and posting schedules.

Continuously refine storytelling, editing, and shooting craft to match the brand's growth and ambition.

-You lack enthusiasm or creativity in making recording and content creation fun.
Qualifications & Experience
-2+ years of experience filming and editing video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, vlogs, or YouTube).
-Proven ability to shoot, edit, and publish content end-to-end--you're not just an editor, you're the driver.
-Strong understanding of visual storytelling--pacing, music, framing, color grading, and audio.
-Proficiency in tools like Final Cut, Premiere, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
-Deep grasp of social-first content--what hooks, what converts, what flops.
-Proactive about setting up shoots, managing gear, and optimizing lighting/audio.
-The type to say, "Hold up, let's film this," before content gold disappears.
