Your Role:
The Analyst, Content Enablement is a critical new role in the Distribution Data Domain which is part of Invesco’s Insights, Analytics, and Marketing organization. The Analyst, Content Enablement will work globally across Invesco’s retail and institutional businesses and serve as a key contributor in helping key stakeholders assess and understand our content ecosystem, provide support to help fulfill content requirements for analytics products, and ensure consistency in content connectivity. They will partner with various business capability teams (Web, Digital Tools, etc.) who operate key Distribution content platforms, analytics partners, technology engineering teams, and the enterprise data office in helping to maximize efficiency of our content tools and platforms. What you would be responsible for:

  • Work with Global Content Enablement Product Owner in executing tactical and strategic roadmaps to ensure business content needs are met
  • Understand and map business processes, develop deep knowledge about content sources and provide recommendations to suit business needs
  • Collaborate with various technical, functional, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories
  • Serves as liaison & coordinator between capability platforms and technology to ensure integration and enhancements are executed in accordance with content enablement strategy across a set of domain programs
  • Supports the execution of content initiatives in their domain (or platform) such as user story creation, impact analysis, solutioning, testing strategy, business process review, user acceptance testing, cross team coordination, and issue escalation
  • Contributes to content governance and metadata quality execution through planning activities, creating and monitoring content quality metrics, translating requests into technical requirements, and identifying process inefficiencies
  • Prepare, maintain and own documentation using Jira, Confluence etc. related to various content initiatives
Experience you bring:
  • BA/BS in relevant field
  • 2-3 years of related experience experience
  • Advanced degrees (MS/MBA) preferred
  • Must be comfortable working in an agile development environment
  • Have an ability to handle multiple requests from varied stakeholders, in a way that maintains clear priority, and ability to adjust when needed
  • Be an effective “translator” of business needs into technical requirements
  • Have an inquisitive and innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities to create distinctive value
  • Demonstrate an ability to build relationships, collaborate, mentor, motivate, and influence internal and external teams
  • Be able to work independently when needed, take initiative, and get projects completed with great attention to detail and on time.
