Client is working towards a future where our customer's entertainment and personal lifestyle needs are satisfied with a simply and elegantly. The Content team's focus is continually enhancing our customers' content experience (TV, movies, health, education, arts content via traditional TV, streaming services, apps, and more) on-screen, while ensuring the technology & systems that are used to publish & present this content are highly automated and efficient.
To help us achieve great things, Content Enablement team is seeking a Business Analyst to support product & content solutions development backlog creation (business requirements & user stories), prioritization, and grooming related to a major transformational project that is already in flight.
The role would be supported directly by the Manager of Content Enablement, but work most closely with Product Managers within the larger Content team, and also Product Managers & Product Owners from the Products & Services team.
The ideal candidate MUST have:
- worked directly on projects that applied Agile (ie. Agile, Scrum Agile, SAFe) methodology
- experience with development tools: specifically JIRA & Confluence (others nice to have)
- proven ability to independently lead stakeholders through business & user requirements gathering and documentation thereof
- remarkable ability to balance priorities & be self-organized
- top notch communication skills (verbal & written) with strong comprehension of subject matter (once onboarding is complete)
- awareness of and personal engagement with entertainment content services (streaming services, traditional TV, video on demand etc)
Leading candidates would also have:
- proven experience with development of powerful user experiences/customer journeys
- expert experience with Microsoft & Google tools for presentations, tracking, work management
- experience with project/work management software or operating systems like monday.com, Trello, Asana

Must to have skills:
1. worked directly on projects that applied Agile (ie. Agile, Scrum Agile, SAFe) methodology
2. experience with development tools: specifically JIRA & Confluence (others nice to have)

2. Strong knowledge of & proven experience with content over traditional TV platforms as well as digital/streaming platforms (ie.Netflix, Amazon Prime Video) as a user/customer
3. Proven experience with development of powerful user experiences/customer journeys
4. Experience soliciting business requirements & translating them in to technical and/or operational requirements
5. Ability to lead & collaborate with stakeholders on product evolution
6. Experience with user story backlog grooming & prioritization
7. Has worked on projects that applied Agile methodology
8. Experience with development tools: specifically JIRA & Confluence (others nice to have)
9. Expert experience with Microsoft & Google tools for presentations, tracking, work management software or operating systems like monday.com, Trello, Asana
10. Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
