We are looking for a Junior Art Director who understands the creation of visual materials for social media, print and web platforms, working with Grid Communications and it\'s clients. Candidates should have an up-to-date portfolio, have excellent communication skills and experience with Adobe products. Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing social media content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
• Creating visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and written content.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that social media content is consistent with brand messaging and values.
• Conducting research and staying up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content.
• Utilizing analytics tools to track social media performance and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness.
• Building and maintaining relationships with influencers, followers, and other partners to increase reach and engagement.
• Responding to comments, messages, and other interactions on social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Managing social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing content, monitoring activity, and ensuring account security.
• Monitoring social media conversations and trends to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
• Collaborating with the design team to develop visually appealing social media content that stands out and drives engagement.
