Earls Kitchen + Bar is looking for a Content Creator to lead the execution of social and digital content within our collaborative Brand + Marketing team in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you'll work closely with the Brand + Social Manager, who leads the social strategy, to shape the creative direction and identify trends that align with the Earls brand. You will lead the creation of all social and digital content, from capturing videos and photos to designing and editing, bringing the Earls brand to life across all digital touchpoints. You will create visual storytelling, ensuring content is engaging, on strategy, and trend-forward, positioning Earls as a leader in hospitality social media.

Role Responsibilities





Partner with the Brand + Social Manager to define the creative vision for Earls social and digital content. Monitor trends and cultural moments to identify opportunities to create relevant, on-brand content that drives engagement. Translate the content strategy into social and digital creative that supports menu rollouts, brand storytelling, promotions, campaigns, and overall business objectives. Create and execute all social media content across platforms, including TikTok and Instagram, from concepting and filming to editing and animating, ensuring every asset reflects Earls' brand positioning, visual identity, and tone of voice. Produce digital assets for e-newsletters, blog posts, and the website, collaborating with the Brand + Marketing team to ensure alignment with broader strategy. Capture content on location, including photography and iPhone video for monthly content needs, behind-the-scenes shoots, large campaigns, and internal events. Assist with photographing small-scale social content shoots, including lifestyle, product, behind-the-scenes, and third-party delivery images. Support with photo retouching and editing as needed. Design engaging visuals for social media, digital campaigns, website content, and email marketing that align with Earls' brand standards. Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines, maintains a cohesive visual identity, and introduces fresh, bold ideas. Schedule and post content on the Earls Corporate social media channels with support from the Brand + Social Manager.

Qualifications





3-6 years of proven experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, and content creation across digital and social platforms. Previous experience creating short-form content, including video capture and editing for Instagram and TikTok. Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects) and CapCut, with strong skills in video editing and photo retouching. Experience using a camera, with openness to growing and refining photography skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of brand voice and audience engagement. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Post-secondary education in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
