About You:
You're a creative storyteller who lives and breathes social media. Equally comfortable in front of and behind the camera, you know how to create content that resonates with different audiences-whether it's inspiring confidence with Knix or sparking conversation with KT by Knix. With a sharp eye for trends, strong filming and editing skills, and a passion for building community, you thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing bold ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce engaging TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts content for Knix and KT. Act as an on-camera ambassador, creating authentic and relatable video content. Identify and leverage trending sounds, formats, and challenges to inspire fresh content. Film, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools. Add motion graphics, captions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and platform fit. Collaborate with social and marketing teams to align content with campaigns, brand voice, and visual identity. Optimize content for reach and engagement with strategic captions, hashtags, posting, and insights. Maintain a consistent posting cadence across both brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor performance, sharing insights and recommendations to continuously improve.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience creating social-first video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that drives engagement and reach. Comfortable on camera, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences. Strong filming, production, and editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar). Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends. Strong visual storytelling skills with adaptability for different audiences. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Collaborative team player with strong communication skills. Genuine passion for social media, content creation, and community building
