Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and industry developments.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and reach.
- Implement email marketing campaigns that complement social media initiatives.
- Work with design tools to create visually appealing content.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of content strategy, SEO principles.
- Proficiency in content creation with a big focus on short & long form video.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies is a plus.
- A passion for staying ahead of trends in social media and digital marketing.
