About the Role



We are seeking a

Content and Marketing Coordinator

with a strong focus on video content creation and social media strategy. This position offers big creative potential and is perfect for someone who can craft curated, high-quality content for a service-based brand and has a strong understanding of video editing and digital tools. Your mission:

Turn complex legal topics into engaging, accessible content that builds trust, amplifies our brand presence, and captures moments that showcase the firm's philanthropic efforts and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities



Video Content Creation



Develop relevant, story-driven video content in collaboration with leadership and the marketing team.

Script, film, and edit videos on legal topics, ensuring professional quality and brand consistency.

Manage shoots and oversee full post-production, including sound design, captions, motion graphics, and visual polish.

Design supporting graphics and visual assets for videos and social media (thumbnails, infographics, branded templates).

Repurpose long-form video content into short, impactful clips for social media.

Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Social Media



Develop and publish engaging video content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts for consistent brand presence.

Collaborate with team members to align video content with SEO-driven blogs and campaigns for maximum impact.

Monitor engagement and trends to optimize performance and grow audience reach.

Event Coverage



Capture high-quality photo and video content at conferences, industry and community events to showcase our leadership, expertise, and philanthropic initiatives.

Share event highlights across social media and create engaging post-event recap content.

Provide occasional support for event planning and coordination when required.

Team Support



Assist the Director of Marketing and Communications with projects and marketing-related administrative tasks.

Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

What We are Looking For



1-3 years experience creating and managing social media content for a brand or organization.

Strong video editing and post-production skills (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).

Understanding of social media strategy, analytics, and growth metrics.

Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
