CONTACT CENTRE TEAM LEAD

Supervisor Contact Centre

Bilingual English/French required

Work from home (Ontario/Quebec)

In this role you will be responsible for leading contact centre agents, coaching, monitoring and reviewing performance for a global legal services organization.

Responsibilities

You will coach, mentor and review performance of the team
You will develop team resulting in superior client satisfaction
You will conduct quality assurance reviews, monitor agents
You will support your team, handle escalated calls and associated reports
You will manage timecard reporting

Requirements

Post secondary Education
Bilingual English French
Contact Center leadership experience preferred
Ability to deal effectively with performance problems
Clean Criminal Record Required
