INBOUND CUSTOMER SERIVCE REPRESENTATIVE

FRENCH and ENGLISH BILINGUAL

WORK FROM HOME

Salary: $19.00/hour + 4% vacation pay weekly

In this contract role, you will carefully respond to incoming contact centre calls and provide superior client service to using your exceptional communication skills.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

A You are a quick learner, organized, engaging and effectively offers solutions

A You have exceptional verbal and written communication English/French

A you have at least 2 years customer service experience with superior interpersonal skills

A You are a problem solver and pride yourself on your attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

A You will respond to incoming calls with a professional attitude

A You will provide superior customer service by active listening and sensitivity

A You will aim to resolve issues on first call, when possible, when necessary research required information using supplied resources

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

A French and English written and verbal communication preferred

A Post Secondary education

A Microsoft Office

A Previous customer service/ Call Centre Experience

A Clean criminal record
