Kootenay Peaks Advisors (KPA) is a specialty consulting firm based in the Columbia Basin Region of British Columbia. We build, implement, and manage business advisory solutions for both public sector partners and private entrepreneurs.
A cornerstone of our work is the Basin Business Advisors (BBA) Program, created in 2000 by Columbia Basin Trust to strengthen economic capacity by supporting local businesses. Since then, more than 3,000 businesses have been served through BBA.
The program is now in an exciting phase of evolution and expansion (2025-2028). With multiple service streams ('Core,' 'Profit,' and 'Accelerate'), it provides tailored supports to businesses of all sizes -- from small community-rooted enterprises to high-growth ventures. This growth requires a strong Program Team to design, operate, and improve the systems that make delivery seamless.
